Yet another Figure Drawing session
Current Music : Bent - Moonbeams
Current Mood : Sick
Wow, it's been ages since i have last posted! @_@lll Gwah... Got to stop the habit of rotting before it really takes it's toll.. @_@lll
Anyway. Had lifedrawing again last Sunday. Learnt a few bits thru feedback from my last drawing, and i thought i did improve a little this time round! XD Kind of varied my line quality... it does look livlier than my previous ones. What do you all think?
This was a warm up drawing... Silly me. I thought it was again one of those 1 minute gesture drawings... turned out to be a 15 min pose. *smacks head*
I had some problems figuring out foreshortening. Any tips? And augh. I gotta pay more attention to feeties... XD Boo for icky feet. 15 min pose.

30 min pose. I used about 15 mins on each drawing. The second piece of the same pose was done with a sketching pencil. I fell in love with it! It's much softer and more varied than my typical graphite pencil... It glides very nicely on the paper as well. Think i'll buy it soon!
30 min pose. I still can't seem to figure out how to shade into my drawings! Unlike my previous drawings in the last lessons, i didn't pay much attention to shading, this time round i was paying more attention to my strokes and line quality. It seems that without concrete knowlege on "whats lying underneath" in the figure, i can't really know what parts should i lok out for and to shade. Guess its time to read up again...
It had been tough, but i hope i'll continue and work harder than what i am doing now. I am soooo lazy!! Really miss drawing illustrations... T_T Hopefully things will get better soon. The hiatus got to stop! XD
